Lugton Park Squash Club Junior Squash Program 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coach: <\/strong> <\/strong>Kay Newman<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This program is based on the players that really want to improve at squash and are willing to put the time and effort into the program. Individuals who wish to play competitive squash, including the junior one day series, interclub, tournaments, secondary school\u2019s competition including national events and Super Champs would benefit from this program. The Coaches will also provide support at tournaments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TUESDAYS<\/strong>
3.45 \u2013 4.45<\/span>
This session is for the 7 to 10 year old children who are young or new to Squash, and can also be based on ability.
4.45 \u2013 5.45<\/span>
For 11+ Beginner, Developing. Tuesdays is fairly relaxed, with some warm – up, skills and game time. Generally Ungraded players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(Tuesday Coaching Sessions are $40 <\/strong>per term. No limit on how many children per court, although kept to 6 per court, for safety and enjoyment)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WEDNESDAYS<\/strong>
Wednesdays sessions are geared more to skills, drills and some game time with more expectations from the coach in terms of application to the task and must have a grading from the club.
3.45 \u2013 4.45<\/span>
This is for those that would like to improve their game and to play some of the Junior tournaments, Junior Interclub etc. This is for those that are in the old J grade. Boys 0 \u2013 149 , points Level, Girls 0 \u2013 99. Moving up to the next time slot will be based on your level and application during coaching sessions.
4.45 \u2013 5.45<\/span>
For those that have reached E2 and are keen to further their Squash ability. Skills, drills and some Conditioned games\/regular games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(Wednesdays Coaching Sessions are $70<\/strong> per term. Limit of 4 per court).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Membership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Junior Membership is $158 for a year with $20 for a key tag (there is a facility to pay the membership off).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NEW PLAYERS are able to come to 3 coaching sessions with no commitment to the club. They are required a membership if they wish to continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
